SHIPPING

We currently ship in the Continental US including Alaska and Hawaii. The below rates apply to the Continental US.  For addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, a separate shipping charge will apply.  We do not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. at this time. Due to item size, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO Box locations and must ship to a physical address.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, FedEx orders may be delayed. We advise to allow up to 3 to 10 business days for Ground shipments to arrive.

 

STANDARD: Ground 2 to 5 business days


Ship in the Continental US

Orders over $100 ship for FREE.

Require 1-2 day for processing.


Ship to Alaska and Hawaii

Orders $0 to $99.99: $25.00 flat rate

Orders over $100: $60.00 flat rate

Require 1-2 day for processing.

It is possible you could experience a few extra days in shipping timelines.


EXPRESS: 2 Day

Express shipping is available for an extra fee in check out and charges are calculated by weight and location.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship to addresses outside of the US at this time.


SHIPPING CLAIMS

WAYB promises to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items.  WAYB will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, WAYB is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipping carrier about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their Credit Card Company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the shipping carrier, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.
