  • Returnable within 30 days (see our return policy below for details)
  • Guaranteed for 3 years (see our warranty for details)

 

SHIPPING

We currently ship in the Continental US including Alaska and Hawaii. The below rates apply to the Continental US.  For addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, a separate shipping charge will apply.  We do not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. at this time. Due to item size, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO Box locations and must ship to a physical address.

 

STANDARD: Ground 2 to 5 business days

Orders ship for FREE.

Require 1-2 day for processing.


Ship to Alaska and Hawaii

Orders $0 to $99.99: $25.00 flat rate

Orders over $100: $60.00 flat rate

Require 1-2 day for processing.

It is possible you could experience a few extra days in shipping timelines.


EXPRESS: 2 Day

Express shipping is available in check out and charges are calculated by weight and location.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship to addresses outside of the US at this time.


SHIPPING CLAIMS

WAYB promises to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items.  WAYB will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, WAYB is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipping carrier about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their Credit Card Company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the shipping carrier, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.

     

     

    RETURNS

    If you don’t love it, send it back! You’ve got 30 days, and if it doesn’t work for your family, send your unused product back in its complete, original packaging and contents for a full refund, minus shipping. What does unused mean? Give it a try in your home or parked car, just don’t use it on the ground or on-the-go (pro tip: don’t give junior a snack while you’re checking if it fits).

     

    THE NITTY GRITTY

    • Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via WAYB.com.
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase*, in new condition, in original packaging, and with all included contents.
    • Missing packaging, accessories, or operating manuals will void a return.
    • FREE RETURNS: WAYB will provide a prepaid shipping label for all WAYB.com returns. Please reach out to help@wayb.com to assist you.
    • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
    • Your credit card will be credited for the invoice price.
    • Your credit will appear after WAYB has received and processed your return through our return procedure.
    • Upon receipt of your return, we will review the product(s) to ensure compliance with our return policy.  If out of compliance with our return policy, the product(s) will be returned to you.
