About Shipping & Returns
Parenting isn’t always easy, but we’ve got your back! We’re making family adventures better, starting with our super strong and eco-friendly gear. We want parents to be able to breathe easy, so every WAYB product is:
- Made with materials that are better for kiddos and the planet, so little lungs can breathe easy too
- Returnable within 45 days (see our return policy below for details)
- Guaranteed for 3 years (see our warranty for details)
Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA. The rates below apply to the contiguous United States. A separate shipping charge will apply for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. at this time. Due to item size, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO Box locations and must ship to a physical address. Please note that orders placed after 10 am EST begin processing the following business day.
Shipping speeds (e.g., Ground or 2-Day) refer to transit time only and do not include order processing time. Orders typically require 1–2 business days to process before shipment.
Please be aware that WAYB is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
STANDARD: Ground 2 to 7 business days
Ship in the Contiguous US
Orders over $99 ship for FREE.
Require 1-2 business days for processing.
During promotional periods, this range can extend up to 3 business days.
Ship to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders $0 to $99.99: $25.00 flat rate
Orders over $100: $60.00 flat rate
Require 1-2 business days for processing.
During promotional periods, this range can extend up to 3 business days.
EXPRESS: 2 Day
Express shipping is available for an extra fee in check out and charges are calculated by weight and location. Requires 1-2 business days for processing. Please note processing times can increase during sales.
2-Day shipping refers to delivery within 2 business days after your order has shipped, not from the time the order is placed.
International Shipping
We do not ship to addresses outside of the US at this time.
Shipping Protection
We partner with Route to provide added protection and support for shipping issues that can occur once an order leaves our facility, including lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route helps streamline the resolution process so you can avoid filing claims directly with the carrier and receive support more quickly.
If you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout and experience a shipping issue, please file a claim directly through Route using your order number and email address.
You can report an issue with Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com.
If you choose not to add Route Package Protection to your order, any shipping issues will be handled in accordance with WAYB’s standard shipping and support policies.
Returns
We offer a 45-day return window from the date of purchase. If the product doesn’t end up being the right fit for your family, you can return it for a refund (minus shipping) as long as it’s unused and in its complete, original packaging and contents. What does unused mean when it comes to a car seat? Give it a try in your home or parked car, just don’t use it on the ground or on-the-go (pro tip: don’t give junior a snack while you’re checking if it fits).
Please note:
- If you purchase a discounted bundle and return only part of the bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full-price value of the items you keep.
- Re-Certified Picos are not eligible for return.
