Get Ready for the Greatest Spring Break Ever!

It’s that time of the year again.

Somehow we are already two months into the new year and need a plan for our favorite time of all: SPRING BREAK.

Whether you live in comfortable 70-degree weather or the freezing cold or you work full-time and have many different schedules to think about, we want to help you plan something special for your tiny adventurer.

There’s a ton out there to consider, and we’ve narrowed it down to these five routes of fun:

1. Go big and travel internationally! Hop on a plane and explore a different part of the world. You can check out some of our favorite family travel spots or inspo.

2. There’s a ton to see right here in the U.S., too. Plan a road trip to your nearest National Park or maybe even take a stroll down Dinosaur Trail. An America the Beautiful National Park Pass will get you in every national park for an annual fee of $80. And if you have a fourth grader, jackpot! Your family can visit parks for free.

3. Keep it local and explore museums, farmers markets, aquariums, and parks. KaBOOM's Map of Play can help you find playgrounds, parks, and play spaces right in your neighborhood.

4. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind staycation by camping in your backyard (or even in your living room). Put up your tent, make s’mores, play games, and gaze at the stars with your little one. You can even turn it into the coolest sleepover by inviting friends!

5. While the kids are out of school, think of fun projects projects, crafts, and skills they can learn during their time off. Perhaps teach them some easy recipes (who doesn’t love snacks?), or work on a special art project with them.

Some of our own WAYB team members will be exploring places like Florida and Costa Rica with their families. Let us know what you’re up to by tagging @hellowayb and using #WAYB in your posts!
