Beth Warren: WAYB Safety Advocate and CPS Hall of Famer
Heart. Leadership. Dedication. Compassion. Impact.
These are all qualities that scream BETH, our awesome in-house Safety Advocate at WAYB. Coincidentally, these are also qualities that get folks inducted into the Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Hall of Fame – woo!
*drum roll please*
We are proud to announce that our very own Beth Warren was recently inducted into the Child Passenger Safety Hall of Fame. The Manufacturers Alliance for Child Passenger Safety (MACPS) grants this honor to outstanding child safety professionals who have made a meaningful impact in the CPS community.
With more than two decades of experience and deep expertise in a range of child passenger safety topics, Beth is a frequent presenter, speaker, and lead instructor at child passenger safety events. In addition to serving as WAYB’s Safety Advocate, Beth is on the Board of Directors for both Safe Kids Austin and the Texas Heat Stroke Task Force.
Reflecting on the milestone, Beth shared, “I was truly thrilled when I learned I was to be one of the 2019 inductees into the MACPS Hall of Fame. When I look at those who are currently in the Hall of Fame, I'm both honored and humbled to be included in their ranks. It's exciting and rewarding to be able to continue my work in Child Passenger Safety with the WAYB team.”
We feel pretty lucky to get to work with Beth every day and to learn from her expertise! If you’d like to get to know her a little better, check out her intro video below:
